| So, we lost yesterday in awful conditions to get us on track for another 5th place finish. Was it all bad? I don't think so.
This week we play a team who, up until a week and a half ago, didn't know if they had a future. They have started the season with 2 losses, scoring just 6 points but conceding 82 in the process.
Hopefully the conditions are better than Sunday's game and we get through the game with no injuries. We will have to see whether Delaney (hamstring), Bailey (Knee) and Hardaker (Concussion) are able to play, but if it was me, I wouldnt risk them with our next opponents being the Storm.
Im not going to predict a blow out but I reckon we will win convincingly.

| 18 point margin against the current shambles of a Salford side would be a monumental disappointment.
Leeds could stick half their Under 19s out and still win this one. Not expecting to see anything less than 30 start on the coupon, and bookies don't get it wrong often.
Bailey and Delaney's injuries are easy enough to cover for. It's the Hardaker one if he doesn't pass his head test that would be a problem. Jones-Bishop not fit to return, Watson IIRC has a shoulder injury hence not playing for Hunslet, Keinhorst needed to cover the wing.
Sunley ready for first grade, or too soon?

Ill throw this one out there... Watkins?
Although im guessing he wouldn't have put Hall at FB yesterday if he thought Watkins was a better option.
Also, Im only saying 18 because we could have 6 injuries going into this game and they could have focus on the week after. I'd love to see them rack up 50 points but I doubt that will happen.

| If Griffin doesn't get a game in this one then we'll have proof that he's this season's prop on the outer.
Fwiw, assuming no Bailey, Delaney:
Hardaker
Watkins
Ablett
Moon
Hall
Sinfield
McGuire
Peacock
Burrow
Griffin
Clarkson
Ward
Mcshane
Leuluai
Moore
Achurch
Sinfield
Mcguire

| We must have a better wing option than Keinhorst, injuries or not. I know it doesn't go with the flow on here, but he was just awful yesterday.

Seriously?
And as it goes against the flow, before some posters start wetting themselves, I was talking about playing wing.

Why can't you answer the question? What did he do wrong?

| Bleedin ell Gotcha what did the kid do wrong ? his defence was pretty solid and he didn't get a decent pass all day.
Ok he spilled the ball a couple of times in the tackle playing in monsoon conditions on a bog of a pitch which btw most of our team did.
For me our worst performers were Burrow ,Kirke and Achurch ball in hand and defensively whilst we conceded 2 tries i thought all of them had a dig.

Would love to see Josh get a go against Salford but can't see it.

| Jimmy was awful on the wing? He had no opportunities in attack and had no kicks to deal with in defence. So how can anyone make a judgement.
Think he made one unforced error which is understandable in the weather, the rest were from shocking passes.

Exactly, don't know how anyone can call his performance "awful"

Sunley was called back from Hunslet because the coaching staff didn't think he was ready for the week to week intensity of Championship rugby, so not very likely to get called up I wouldn't think.
