I’ve just been over the road and there doing a fundraiser for my friend Ben. He’s a massive Rhinos fan and has done a lot for the community over the years. He now wants to go out to Brazil and get some work experience samba style!
So if live in or near Farsley then feel free to pop into the community café. The address is: Farm Shop and Cafe, Farsley Farfield Primary School, Cote Lane, Farsley, Leeds, LS28 5ED

| I've always fancied going to Iceland, not the shop, the country. However, having done the new house up and having a new baby, I'm not sure I can afford it at the moment.
If I make a cake will you give me the money to go in exchange for a few slices? I do support Leeds and I have done some charity work in the past.
Have I missed something here?

He’s a lad who’s just finished school, unemployed (I think) and still lives with his parents (as far as I’m aware). On the other hand you’ve just done your new house up and getting well on with life.
Going to Brazil is going to help Ben a lot for obvious reasons such as becoming more independent and getting to learn about a different culture.
He can’t afford this opportunity himself so our community leader has stepped in and done a couple of events to help him raise money.
As for the spelling – I’m lost for words myself. |

I’ve already given Ben £10 out of my dole money and he’s already raised in the region of £400+ with the helping hands of other people in the community. It might be more now though. He’s also walked the three peaks with a bunch of other people to raise money for this work experience trip.
If he doesn’t reach the target raised by the closing date (not sure when that is) then I’m sure someone will fund the rest. I put this on here because I know we all like cake and I though it was a worth thread. I’m sure we won’t forget Brail in a while  |

He’s not disabled as far as I'm aware. He wants to go and work over in Brazil. It’s not like over here is brimming with employment opportunities for him or anyone at this moment in time. He’s not going to be on a beach having a holiday. I’ve worked abroad before and it was anything but glamorous. |

Not really read the full thread but from what I can gather all you need to say is something that involves the words - community work, cake and brail and people will give you enough money to go to South America.
Sounds pretty easy to me.
