The only way this is going to happen is....
1. They reduce the number of teams in Super League i.e. less fixtures. The programme is arguably ridiculous as it stands at present.
2. They do away with the challenge cup.
3. They revise the super league play-off system...yet again!
4. All the British teams WILL under perform in Australia. I can still remember the farce in '97.
5. It won't attract big attendances so forget that one.
6. The Whinging Aussies are also moaning with regards of burn out.
Good idea? It certainly isn't.

In theory - good idea. In practice, no-hope-no-good-no-chance-bad idea.
Unless there's cake. Although many people may still feel that cake is sufficiently available domestically to render the trip unnecessary. I don't know how available cake is in Australia, so maybe if they can't get cake there, or it's like their beer (too small, too cold, probably upside-down) then maybe there may be an appetite (geddit) for more UK games among the Australian supporters. For me, I just think there'd have to be good evidence that something pretty special in the baked goods line was available before I spent a lot of money on a plane ticket, when that money might be better spent on, well, cake.
