Sorry to be a pain if this has already been covered but i have just returned from holiday and can't see if you can still purchase travel with the official Rhino's coaches. I am really not fancying driving down as it looks a pain. cheers

If there is more than yourself going mate I'd really suggest driving - £40 each on club coach. 8 of us are going down in two cars and parking about at Rickmansworth tube stop, just south of Watford. £1 to park all day at the tube's NCP all day and a couple of quid each on the tube. Getting away quick after the game is a plus too. Only problem is finding someone to drive - thank God for the fairer sex.

| I think that you'll find that the Metropolitan Line is closed between Amersham and Northwood on Saturday 28th August.
If you fancy travelling on a bus replacement service then just go for it.

Is everyone coming off the M1 early and getting the tube in?
Personally I'm driving straight to Wembley and parking up 10mins walk from the Stadium. Alright its costing me 15 quid to park but saves all the fooking about.

Its not that bad. Done it a few times. 30 mins of traffic tops but soon as you hit motorway its a clear run. |

I got the wrong station. We're not parking at Rickmansworth - we're parking at Northwood. All services south of Northwood are running fine. At least this means the chav-army won't be getting the tube from centre of London to Watford so that'll make things easier. |

We're doing the same. Driving down and parking about five minutes from ground - costing £16. |

EASY back to M1....did same last year for NFL match,no problems/no queue even with capacity crowd.

I did same when England played Mexico 90,000 sell out, Inc Club Wembley holders. Queued for about 10 mins and bombed it home on a clear M1. Everyone thinks its crazy but common sense as most people get the tube or travel by coach. The club coaches park in the Wembley coach park which holds a few hundred coaches, they have to wait till 50 or so passengers are on board then its madness getting out.

Metropolitan Line: Northwood-Northwood Hills-Pinner-Northe Harrow-Harrow on the Hill-Northwick Park-Preston Road-Wembley Park
Bakerloo Line & Rail: Harrow & Wealdstone-South Kenton-North Wembley-Wembley Central
I have done the Metropolitan line several times in the past with no problems. I might try the Jubilee line this year |
