Do you agree with that sort of tackle? I've nothing against a Sonny Bill Williams esque shoulder on a player running chest first into a collision where the impact is shoulder on chest, but McGuire dropped a shoulder into Kearney's face. There was no contact bar McGuire's shoulder on Kearney's cheekbone. He was very lucky to escape that without a fractured cheek/eye socket.

Dont agree. I think Dannys shoulder gets Kearney in the chest but it looked to me like the top of Dannys head catches him in the cheek.

Having watched it again Mcguire puts the shoulder in but Kearney is leaning forward towards it unavoidable contact and legal.
