Ali , Eastwood, JJB & Kirke are not bad 2nd rowers.

Ablett is a vastly superior player to Kirke IMO and, on last seasons form alone, was also better than JJB.

He plays and he starts for me and, I suspect, for Bluey.

ablett starts with a bench of disco, ali, eastwood and kirke. kirke or eastwood to prop for spells. or bailey in for kirke.

I dont think he will start either but Id play him from the start and bombard them down the left side for the 1st 20 then switch to the right when Eastwood comes on.

Although Bringing Ali and Eastwood on together after 20 would be a huge impact especially when Celtic may be tiring!

swap Diskin and Buderus round, and I think that will be the team Bluey goes with.

We are looking very very strong at prop, with the impressive Amor to call on as well as Pitts being able to play there. Eastwood will provide the size that I felt we've been lacking over the last couple of seasons, not that it's turned out too badly.
I don't want to get over confident but I do like the look of our squad, 1-17 is on paper as good as it's been over the last 5 years, and the rest of the squad also looks better than years before IMO.

Therefore, expect us to get hammered in the WCC, out in the 4th round of the CC and scrape into the playoffs. Sorry for cursing it so early on guys.

I agree I'm just abit worried about the backs. A couple of injuries and I think we could be in trouble
