I remember a couple of years back people saying Hudds had nothing below them. Good quick turn around. A few more years and I think the league will be very even apart from Bradford and us at the bottom  |

That's happened a few times already this year i can see this season been a steep learning curve for our reserve's especially as the better one's are normally loaned out at some point to championship 1 and 2 club's. |

Good players dont always make good coaches.
Leeds have a tendency to promote their veteran playing staff to some sort of back room member either for the 1st team or the juniors.
I wonder what people think about this given we are filling some important positions with people who have no coaching experience.
Just curious what people think

Don't know about that. The club's policy has always been that if the players are good enough, they'd be in the first team (either at Headingley or on loan elsewhere).
There's no such thing as a "production line" of talent and you can't keep producing quality players year after year after year. It doesn't matter which sport you are in, you sometimes have to wait a long time until you get a decent crop of youngsters.
Oh, and we've got Jordan Tansey to come back

I can't quote this from any source but I do remember someone at the club (Hetherington?) saying that the youth teams need the best coaches. At least in Poching's case we've given them a totally inexperienced one.
