| The U 20's won 34-30.
The young Rhinos were worthy winners in an entertaining match that went end to end with both sides deciding to ignore defence at times.
Young Luke Teasdale stepped up into the 9 shirt vacated by call ups for Hood and Mcshane and id a decent job with his fellow front rowers Singleton and Smith and they faced SL opposition in the shape of Mason ,Lunt and Tonks.
Jamel Chisolm scored 4 trys showed strength ,pace and guile and hopefully when the highlights are posted they'll show his quality try saver which was a belter and i still think the Giants player thinks he's gonna score even now.
Teasdale got a try from DH and the other went to keinhorst who had a strong game aswell with ball in hand.
It got tasty at times and Mason picked his weight going for the little un but the likes of Singleton and co handled him and the otheres very well.
Both teams entertained and some of the hits were ferocious an enjoyable game and well deserved win for Plumes charges.

| Chisholm has got to be given a chance if Webb is out injured again. With Smith and Hall on the wings we really lack pace on the edges IMO.

Hall looked poor last night, and desperately in need of a rest. Next week is an opportunity for swapping wingers. Whether it is Chisolm we will have to see.

Would you "rest" Hall ahead of "resting" Smith?
Even if Hall was poor (which I don't agree with) he's still capable of runs like the one that set up Hardaker last week. He doesn't look like he desperately needs a rest for me. He's only a fews weeks away from his match winning display against Manly. Smith is a few years away from his last match winning display.
BTW I'd like to see Chislom guiven a run out over Easter.

I thought Hall was much worse last night than Smith last week. So yes I would rest Hall ahead of Smith, because Smith isn't in need of a rest, Hall is.
That doesn't mean drop Hall, just rest Hall. When he is recharged he then comes back in, and probably at expense of Smith.
Compare Hall's last two matches to his WCC match. He looks tired and cumbersome.

I'm sure it was Mason that tried to run over him.

| I managed to catch the last 15 minutes last night and I was quite impressed by our left centre, not sure of his name.

| Singleton and Chisholm will get their shot at the first team and both deserve it too after their excellent form shown in the U20's
Singleton will definately rip into the opposition he simply doesn't have any regard what so everfor pain, he is gonna be a good un
My only concerns regarding Chisholm is that short term he will get caught out defensively, but if he is introduced into a settled side then this shouldn't be an issue and i believe that we should give him a shot without a doubt
Daniel Smith and Colton Roche have also looked very good in the U20's

| TBB- I think Chisolm has improved his all round defence although he does lose the odd "Bomb" or in some cases seem to hesitate nothing that can't be fixed with experience and game time.
Also very much agree re-D.Smith and Roche.

| Could Keinhorst maybe come in for a game or too at left centre if Hardaker switches to full back, if Webb is still out.

| He looks like a good prospect thus far but still very raw and imo needs to play out the full year in the u20's unlesswe got a championship 1 or 2 club in the CC i wouldn't risk him just yet.
