After the Huddersfield game we need to have another big performance v Warrington. Warrington are not in form and we know what that usually means, a win is coming for them. Hopefully the injuries to Smith and Sangare aren’t that serious.

Myler
Fusitua Roberts McDonald Handley
Austin Sezer
Oledzki O’Connor Walters
McDonnell Martin
Bentley

Johnson Donaldson Lisone Ruan

Tindall Olpherts Sinfield Warren

No Newman, Tetevano, Smith, Sangare, Holroyd, Gannon, Simpson so it will be very tough. Unless Smith & Sangare get declared fit to play, which will be massive boosts

Smith sounded like Holroyd could be back. Warrington will be missing Williams and Harrison.

Smith said Holroyd and McDonald should be available for Warrington prior to the Hudds game

intriguing. Will smith go as he did on Friday and ask the forwards to set the platform or will he revert to sitting and soaking up pressure?
I hope its the first as we look so much better when the forwards are let loose so to speak

To be honest I think he dispensed with the "rope a dope" some weeks ago. We certainly started hard against Wigan in the cup and Saints in the league. I was at both the Cas and Wakey nightmares and I would have said the major downfall was a catastrophic inability to hold the ball - which simply prevents you from playing with any intensity. One thing is for certain, if we stick with the mix of pressure and flair displayed against Huddersfield we'll win more than we lose.

like I said if he has learnt from his mistakes that's great. let's move on.
I hope you're right because it was awful

It was a very good performance last week where they performed most of the fundamental principles of rugby league well (maybe Kear or Noble are secretly working for us in an advisory role?).
I’m only going to start getting excited again though once they manage it two weeks in a row.

Will be a tough game against a team up near the top of the table, hopefully we can build on the Hudds performance, would be great to have Holdroyd and MacDonald back

Holroyd being back would be a big boost for us, especially if Smith and Sangare are out. Holroyd onto the bench for Ruan.

Williams is obviously a big miss for them, think Drinkwater missed the Cas game, hopefully he is still out as well.

Certainly hope Smith is fit to play Thursday and we can cope with Sangare missing out if Holroyds back.
Interesting looking at the table today.
I know we got wins against Saints, Wigan and Cats unexpectedly.
Had we beat Cas twice and Wakey once we are 3rd in the table.
All ifs and buts I know and close margins.

Warrington are there for the taking if we play well, regardless of Williams. Good test, but will be a lottery which team turns up…..
Crowd will turn on them pretty quick if we get on top.

Good opportunity to build on the positive performance on Friday against a better side. Hopefully the team retain the confidence they showed and Rohan sticks to a simple go forward game plan
