| Leeds got absolutely clattered by a Warrington side today that we beat twice earlier this season.
I’m going to go with a long time coming because Leeds haven’t shown much commitment in the league run over the last few years even though we finished top last year, which showed how poor SL was.
I’m not like this Brian Noble ‘style’ side that we’re becoming.

| We missed JP and Burgess. It would have been nice to see what we would have done with them in the side.
We all know Wires forwards are strong. They were a typical Tony Smith side today and thats what we got used to when we were playing under him.
It hasnt been a great season for us at all be it injuries or bad luck. We beat Stains, Pies & Hull to get to the final and I am proud we did. I wasnt however proud at some of the players today. They were either shattered menatlly (through poor preperation?) or were lacking some sort of motivation? Burrow, Eastwood, McGuire were the key players for us, the rest for me, looked absent.
Wire got their tactics spot on, whenever the last play was done, there was Briers ready to kick it, for us, we didnt get that right. We had the likes of Senior kicking it etc, I mean FFS.
We got there, best team won. Now preparations need to be spot on to ensure we get to OT.

| I just think we played a Wire side who had everything come off for them. Whatever they tried it stuck. A couple of calls went against at 8-0 which made the world of difference. Peacock is going to be a massive miss for the rest of the season. No Peacock ensured we lost the forwards battle and as such Briers ran wild and free cutting us to shreds.

To be fair we’ve had games without Peacock in them. Ryan Bailey I felt had a pretty bad forwards game apart from the first spell. I don’t think there’s no conspiracy to why Leeds lost and ever with Peacock in he couldn’t of won it all on his own.
Can’t speak for biffa. I think at least we should of bought Ambler in to replace!

We just didn’t gel as a team and played like individuals. I know that comes straight out of the commentators mouth but its how I saw it was well.
Still we beat a lot of good teams to get to the final and no one can take this away from us!
I agree with most of what you’re saying!

| Two ageing sides, but Wire were far better on the day. Their try line defence was superb.

| You can have no complaint.
The Warrington Wolves defence was fantastic all the game.
One thing that i reckon needs sorting out is the attitude of the Rhinos forward Bailey, in my opinion he needs to learn how to take defeat on the chin, in my eyes he let himself down a wee bit today.
Good Luck in the play-offs..

Shouldn't be an issue. The officials carry us to glory in SL so I'm sure they will have us covered for 4th.

aww, how sad
leeds board and thread yet you still managed to de-rail it
wires attitude was far superior to leeds today, they wanted it more imo, leeds seemed to have that expectancy of winning

| It was a disappointing display from Leeds. Wire were excellent but it was a pretty dull Final as a neutral because the result never really looked in doubt.
Leeds will be disappointed after targeting the Cup all year and then not turning up on the day. Congratulations to Wire though.

Whereas I thought it was a fine display from Leeds.

I thought it was a fantastic final myself. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it!

| Bit of both.
When you lose 30-6 in a final, it's obviously a bad day at the office. But also we haven't been consistent enough all season.
Everything came off for warrington, but I don't think they'll win the grand final. After 3 grand final wins on the trot it's a smash back down the pecking order. Sport does that to you. Warrington will get theres.
Leeds will be totally written off for the grand final now. But i don;t think this result will have much impact. Win next week we finish 4th and we're 2 wins away from old trafford.
