Youngster Liam Sutcliffe is recalled to the 19 man squad as cover for Sinfield, should the England skipper not recover in time for Friday's game. He replaces Mitch Achurch in the initial squad otherwise the team is unchanged from the first two rounds of Super League.

Past selection policy suggests Sinfield will play, probably with Clarkson out, Ward at 13 and Sutcliffe on the bench in case Sinfield breaks down.
If he doesn't, wouldn't be surprised to see Hardaker 6 and BJB 1 as happened pre-season.

As said no point risking sinfield if any doubt at all,sutcliffe more than capable to fill in.
will be a tough game,Catalan had a terrible start and desperate for a win,their place is never an easy trip either.I think we will just sneak the win in a high scoring game.

No point in risking Sinfield this early in the season when we have good options in his place.
Catalan have a lot of players out - Vincent Duport, Scott Dureau, Ben Pomeroy, Damien Cardace, Olivier Elima, Julian Bousquet, Louis Anderson so hopefully that will influence the game.

I didnt realise they had lost pomeroy and dureau since the weekend.if that is the case we really should win this with a bit to spare. |

Lost Dureau for 4 months apparently. With most ppl agreeing on who'll be in the top 5 places it leaves 5 other teams (Catalans, Hull, HKR, Salford & Cas) fighting for the last 3 playoff spots and things aren't looking too great at Catalans ATM, admittedly it's still early doors.
Next 5 games don't look too promising either...
