| Not at out best on Saturday but at least we didnt lose. I'd like to see Joseph start with Piroe at 10, my only concern is lack of another striker on the bench. I'd also like to see the wingers rotated, just to freshen the attack up a bit.

| I`m not sure why Joseph doesn`t play 10 and Piroe up front instead of the other way round when they are both on the pitch. Joseph has bags of energy and can close players down whereas Piroe is really our only striker who scores goals. Makes sense to me but I`m sure Farke knows best. I would also rest Solomon unless they start him on the right.

| Solomon has played 10 a fair few times for Spurs and country, he could be worth a shot there if needed imo.. Thought Armstrong did well against us Saturday, he should have been brought in during Jan when we couldn't get Archer, he was pretty cheap. Would have given us a nice bit of extra quality for the final push.

| Most of Solomon’s best work has come from a central position, especially getting in and around the six yard box to score his goals. If we could afford the luxury of playing him up top around a decent centre forward I think he would go up another level. The problem with playing him a little deeper as a modern no 10 is he wouldn’t have the engine and strength to play that role. Solomon would have been great as a Keegan to a Toshack, or a Phillips to a Niall Quinn, but the modern game has made that type of player almost obsolete. I’d keep him on the left wing but encourage him to try and concentrate on getting outside defenders and making wide runs in behind them. He’s not gonna take Dan James position as right winger, it’s simply not up for grabs, so we’ve got to to try and utilise him and grow his game best we can as preferably a wide left player that doesn’t keep cutting back inside or backwards as he tends to do as a right foot dominant player. He’s absolutely tiny by the way, I was chatting to him the other day and I was surprised how small and slight he is in person.

| A mate of mine saw Solomon in Waitrose and couldn`t believe how small he is. I`m sure Farke will stick with Aaronsson at 10 and keep the same team with maybe Gruev for Rothwell. I`m hoping the likes of Schmidt and Ramazani get some game time as they need to be match fit when called upon. But I`m sure Byram will come in for Bogle should he cop a ban.

his goals have come from driving in from the left, not as a striker You’re wrong. Most of them have been scored when he’s received a pass or cross in the area, a few from Dan James , the same Dan James you’ve been bagging for the last month, the same Dan James who’s just been named Championship Player Of The Month for February. Oh the irony. I bet you feel silly now.

Oh and btw, I’ve just watched Solomon’s highlights reel for this season. 7 goals, 6 of them from around the six yard box when he’s received a pass or cross into that area. One deflected shot when he cuts in from the left at Watford. Apology accepted whenever you want.
