I think it's similar to the NRL system

I'm sure that with Connor, Newman, Bentley and Lisone in the side, we'll be appreciating the finer points of this system soon enough. Although maybe losing Martin has a silver lining in this regard. Discipline is certainly one area that we've been terrible in (irrespective of coach) in recent years.

I’ve bailed on a season ticket for the first time in many years because of these clowns. Decision making based on the subjectivity of refs rather than by the rule book has killed it for me.

I've watched thousands of games & can only think of a couple where the ref has spoiled the game for me. The refs today are generally as good & professional as ever, they are just more scrutinised & vilified than ever, as seems to be the fashion.
