I’d be amazed if we didn’t bring in a midfielder free agent. Must be someone out there we can bring in who we can get fit over the international break

I just don't see us bringing anyone in until January. By the time any free agent gets up to speed it will likely be nearly January anyway. They'll obviously consider it, but I doubt there's anyone whose available that they want

Know what you’re saying, I’d say it’s this international break or nothing imo as it’d be a decent time to get some fitness dome. But then there’s match fitness too but let’s see. Someone may come back from qatar or something

The pundits were saying the international break will leave Meslier frustrated at not being able to right his wrong, but I disagree. It would have been straight into the lions den for him this weekend, tremendous pressure. I’m happy for the break in that respect, we won’t forget what happened but will be talking about many other things by the time the next game comes around.
