Lisone is a flat track bully and a penalty machine, and Sangare is a sad indictment on the people making the big decisions at Hedingley. The statement he gave with honesty is a huge clue to where Wigan and Saints have it right and where we are going wrong at this time.
The last time we corrected this was when Doug Laughton came in and got rid of the slow small players and brought in Big faster more aggressive ones.

Totally agree. Wonder if we’re all in agreement on here now Smiths race is run… he’s out of his depth. I've come to that conclusion. There are occasions where it just doesn't work out between coach and club and this is one of them. I genuinely wish RS well for the future but in the best interests of all concerned it's time to move on. I'm sure Blease will be having the conversation. I'm equally sure RS knows the score.

That will be Shaun Wane then? You should have gone for him before Smith. I think he was quite a poular choice on here if i remember rightly. I don't want him to leave Wigan but i would be fascinated to see what he could do at a big club in decline like Leeds or a Hull. His rugby isn't always pretty but he always gets every last drop of effort from his players. He is renowned for utilising the academy and promoting from within too. It's everything clubs like Leeds, Wigan and Saints are built on. You need somebody who gets the culture of being in charge of one of these sides. The imposters of these roles never succeed.
