Hetherington does not want to hear because he is arrogant, thinks he knows better than everyone else but most importantly knows the club is never going to be under financial threat because the owners are wealthy and have deep pockets. If he was given an objective to increase customer satisfaction that results in 10% season ticket growth year on year without reducing prices or giving season tickets away he would be dismissed after one year.
