| Austin’s retention doesn’t look promising based off his interview vs Rohan’s. We need to keep Austin as we will struggle to replace 6&7 properly in one off season

| Thought Fusi was superb tonight. Ran hard and fast. If he stays fit he’s amongst best wingers in SL.
Austin’s calling out GH to sit down about a new deal was interesting! I like that from him tbh. Wants to play for the club

| You'd like to think that GH and Smith will reevaluating their recruitment after Austins performances, hes been unplayable these last 2 weeks but hes also been one of the better players all season, he always puts 100% effort in and he clearly wants to play for the club. Surely he should get the extra year he wants.
I'd also be happy for Sezer to stay if he keeps playing like he is but that comes with risks.

Well on current form there are not many better in SL at the moment in Austin's position.
So If he does leave who do we replace him with.

| Did anyone else see GH chatting to Austin and Sezer in the changing rooms after the match?
I suspect a deal might be done at some point.
Personally I would offer Austin one year with an option for a second. Still not sure if two years is too long; a lot can change with a player's form.
We don't know who (if anyone) Leeds have lined up to refresh our spine. It looks good when all the first choice players are fit, but I'm nervous with Myler, Sezer and Austin all well into their 30s and prone to spending time on the sidelines. It's a risky proposition to build a more sustainable title bid.
If there's a way to keep Sezer for another year I might be tempted, if he keeps playing regularly and as directly as we've seen in the last two games. Keeping him around for continuity's sake, perhaps on reduced terms, could be very shrewd.
If the team manage to carry on playing more consistently, too many wholesale changes to the squad could be detrimental to next season. If you had the 'pleasure' of supporting Leeds through the Laughton, Bell and Lance years you'll know what I mean - basically the 'Warrington way' since 2006 or so.

| I think it`s a no brainer we should be offering Austin 2 years especially when you consider some are touting 30+ Aussies from the NRL me included if its Shaun Johnson!
Losing both Austin and Sezer would be a concern.
And how good is Walters looking.
Rohan Smith mentioned how keen the younger players wanted to get their contracts sorted early and I reckon he meant Walters.
Had Walters waited until now and realised how much game time he was getting he could have decided to stay.

Yes saw that picture! Austin wasn’t looking particularly happy though but it’s hard to tell from a snapshot.
Had the pleasure of seeing those years at Leeds and know what you mean

| Austin has earned the two years,if that's the only way we can keep him.
I still think keeping Fusi and Sezar is a mistake.

I agree about Sezer.
Looks like Fusitua is about to extend his contract with us.
Good news if he stays injury free.
