Going off tonight game walters is gonna be a huge miss for us

I've seen lots of praise for his performance, but I thought he was really poor 2nd half. Bombed 2 trys and fell asleep for their try just after half time

He could go a long way Walters but he plays over the edge at times. I think he’s made a poor decision to leave Leeds but Holroyd is the jewel we have to keep IMO.

Not really if were basing it on tonight he was pretty poor in the second half and that offload was criminal. But like the rest tonnes of effort

arent you forgetting he was shattered due to the minutes he had to play and the ton of work he got through???

I thought the offload was a great play, if anything MacDonald was too deep.

If it comes off he’s won us the match, I’d rather we try stuff like that to try and win the game

I think Walters show’d both sides. He showed some real nice touches. I thought the first offload he tried to throw (maybe to myler?) was worse. The second one was definitely on but given the situation was maybe not the right play. I also thought he made a terrible read on the Sironen try.

Basically he’s a good player with potential but he still has a lot to learn. I can understand why we wouldn’t break the bank on him, if we thought we’d offered something fair but someone else has offered more that’s just how it goes sometimes.

My thoughts too

I think it`s a bit unfair criticising Walters.
He probably played more minutes last night than he has all season.
Yes he made mistakes but had the flick to MacDonald come off he is the hero of the day.
Fine margins just like Martins kick falling short and the imaganiery knock on by Sangare for his "no try"
The likes of Holroyd and O`Connor also put in a massive shift as did all the forwards.

Time to dip in the transfer market if we can. Injuries could cost us big time this season

I dunno mate I don’t think we should sign anybody else unless they are a keeper for the future of the club.

We got ourselves in a mess by making emergency signings and we need to hold out nerve - as long as we don’t get relegated we need to build a better side that’s the main focus.
