All this Leeming thing stinks of a player throwing his toys out.

The timing of the leaks suggest it was leaked by him or his team an hour before KO on game day.

The fact there’s no deal done yet would suggest that interest isn’t a plenty. There is no way he should wear a leeds shirt again in my opinion - this has potential to be very disruptive if it’s not sorted and he’s out the door quickly. Clearly Kruise has a very high opinion of his abilities - not high enough to displace 2 novice 9s in the team though mind

Don’t be so hasty. Think he’s being encouraged to look elsewhere. I don’t rate him that high as a 9 , but always given 100 percent and was chosen by players as Captain. No need for any hostility toward him. Actually allows us to further strengthen if right players become available…..

He should never wear the shirt again imo. Thrown his teddies out instead of getting his head down and improving his game at time at a time when the team needs to come together and kick on.

He is a player that has always given his all for the team. Liked and respected by other team members, I'm sure that there is more to this than meets the eye.
He has been unlucky with his tenure at Leeds with injuries but his effort and commitment has never been in doubt IMHO.
I think there is a better player in there than we have seen and always rated him while he was at Huddersfield. Maybe we werent the right team at the right time for him.
I wish him well wherever he ends up

Clearly affected Reece Martin who said he was dumbfounded to hear Leeming was leaving and it showed it Martin`s game on the night.
Maybe one or two others were affected by it.
I agree a guy with intentions on becoming Englands #9 and our captain last year should have set a better example than disrupting the camp just because he wasn`t get picked.

The captaincy thing would have stung as well. He was in the YEP talking about how he wanted to be captain again not long before Smith said there wouldn't be one. For whatever reason it sounds like things just fell apart.
