What, in your opinion, are the specific attitudes within Leeds Rhinos that need changing?

Where would he fit though? Myler is FB. Connor best position is in the halves imo but he can play centre quite well.

Nothing maybe but always a good idea to keep ahead of the game with such appointments. 21st Century and all that.

Therein lies the reason why we might need one with that attitude.

I never said LR had a problem. It was the suggestion is was "stupid made up post" that prompted my reply. What I am saying is that it is utterly clear that we've had institutional issues with such things, even with our closest neighbours so keeping up the good work in appointing people in to the roles is not "Stupid". It is forward thinking and very much a Rhinos way of doing things as far as I am concerned. I didn't have an issue with it.......

I'm not saying it's a stupid post to fill, however you stating that because one of our neighbours has had a problem with racism within their organisation so we should do something about it when we have no such problem is indeed Fuzzy Logic.

I have no issue if the club see that this role is required, although I don't see what extra it will bring to the organisation.

Well I was obviously using "we" as society in general....Never mentioned Rhinos as it's not a problem, doesn't mean we should rest on our laurels though and posts like that are vital.
