Quote: Once were Loiners "Just to put that in perspective, we haven't hit 1,500 Heritage Numbers yet, and that includes a lot of guest players in the wars, so well over 10% of actual Leeds players have been welsh, which is amazing and a huge part of our history.'"
And i have included players who have Welsh heritage such as Bev Risman and Gwyn Gronow. Whilst also including players that were born in Wales but represented England such as Arthur Thomas.
Wales played a huge part of the club's history and you couldn't discuss great Leeds players without mentioning Welsh players. You could even do a Welsh Leeds XIII and it would be pretty good!
