| He just seems to lack any effort / intensity.
There is an amazing player who has all the physical attributes in there but I don't think he is motivated to play at his best.
I don't know why

Yeh, that's what I mean.
There's got to be a good player in there, given his credentials.
Hopefully Rohan can get it out in the way Agar couldn't.

I disagree with that. Think he's really trying at the moment. In fact I don't think lack of effort has ever been the issue over the last two years. Lack of discipline, lack of brains - absolutely, but I don’t think he’s ever phoned it in. He also gets blamed for missed tackles where his culpability his only marginal at best. Last week against Salford, Walters didn't even attempt a tackle for Croft's try yet people were still bagging Tetavano for it. This week O’Connor got it equally wrong for the Parcell try, but nobody is giving him any stick. Look, I know he's been a massive dissapointment and may never go on to justify the ridiculous "Marquee " tag, but since he's going to be here another year I'm hoping the last two weeks are the start in prolonged upturn in form. He'll certainly benefit (as will all the others) from being in a proper four prop rotation next week.

| Last couple of games, he's seemed to finish the game with a smile on his face (helps when you're not finishing it sat in the changing room after a red card). I know as fans we've been really disappointed and underwhelmedby most of his performances, but can you imagine how he's felt. He's never come across as someone here to steal a wage, more someone where it hasn't worked out for him. Perhaps Rohan has seen enough to realise his confidence has been shot to pieces and playing him wider is a good way to get it up again. If that means that next year we get to see the player who was a quality NRL prop, then how can anyone complain?

| My problem with Tetevano isn't that I think he's useless, I don't think he is.
The issue is when he comes up against top tier props like Walmsley and Lees, he get's completely dominiated. He's just second tier in that sense. His disciplinary record doesn't help, but most of the time that's him trying to hard.
It's as much just really poor recruitment from the club, rather than completely his fault. If he wasn't on marquee money, we wouldn't moan about him half as much, but he is and so we do.

Much as a think Rohan is doing an amazing job, Tetevano played second row due to the Thompson injury, it was forced.

I think this is spot on, it’s the fact it’s known by all that he’s the clubs biggest earner as a marquee player which he simply doesn’t justify

It's not just Tetavano though. The same has happened to Prior, Oledzki, and Holroyd when coming up against Saints. They've been collectively steamrollered, but we focus on Tet because he gets paid more. It's understandable but ultimately irrelevant. Rohan’s challenge is to get them competing as a unit, and to be fair to him, so far he hasn't had an opportunity. Will be intriguing to see how they all do against Wire.

| I'd argue that Oledzki has had the burden of more than his fair share of the workload and would show up better v the like of saints if he had the quality around him.
