Where have you got those nrl names from?

To be fair I thought Thompson played alright in a couple of games towards the end of the season, but I still can't for the life of me view his signing as a good idea with that length of contract.

Alright so maybe we're only paying him £40k a year or something (I've no idea), but locking up an OS spot for 3 years on a Championship standard player is bonkers.

Anyway we should have a few options next year - year of culling the dead wood for me, with due respect to the players. Interesting battles at full back, centre, scrum half, second row.

I thought he was useful when we signed him and I seem to remember sinfield and agar being really glowing in their praise of his work ethic. Blame covid,injury or becoming a dad but he's been poor this year.Never should of been offered three years.

Which British prop do we think we are looking at then? Wire snapped up Harrison so cant think of many others which could be on the list

Yes they’re getting a knack for letting us do the work then trying to gazump the deal.. sounds like it’s most definitely got legs this link.

Can't see the point in a harrison type signing for us.We need a really big experienced quality prop.If we can't get it then wait.

I did think the Fusitu’a rumour might have something in it. He can play wing, centre or FB and we know how Agar likes a utility!

His signing puts pressure on both Walker and Myler at the back, possibly Sutcliffe and Broadbent, definitely T Briscoe. Makes a lot of sense for us but another risky signing.

We’ve lost out to several players Cats grabbed. It’s hard to compete with the culture/climate but I hope we do manage to make this signing.

Apart from Evans and Napa I’m not sure what our realistic options at prop would be.
