| Quote Shabino="Shabino"Fonua is officially a free agent. I would sign him. Been disappointing for Hull in second spell, but hard to judge at such a weird time. New challenge needed and has talent without doubt. Wing /centre versatility. Would be Hurrell type of player (I know some wouldn’t want that!)'"
No chance.
Been really poor in his second spell.
Another Hull reject - Cas is about right.

I wouldn’t have him even if Hull payed all his wages

It’s Ryan Carr according to John Davidson’s ‘exclusive’ but as already said, Matt Shaw has immediately rubbished it from speaking to his ‘sources’ at Leeds

| The coach in the story was Ryan Carr although as has been stated above Matt Shaw has rubbished the rumour.
Carr did a great job at Fev in 2019 in very difficult circumstances but his departure was announced whilst Fev were still in the play-offs, Carr stating that it was in the best interests of his family to return to Australia (he is married with two fairly young children).
Obviously Leeds is a hugely different job to fev but Fev were still in contention for a SL spot when he left. That said, maybe his circumstances have changed, but Shaw's track record is more reliable than Davidson's.

Note that he hasn't yet pooh poohed the Fusitua rumour. Some perhaps something in that one.
