Yes seen that. He's definitely SL bound, his manager has said so. Fresh start. A gamble for anyone no doubt, but a very good prop and at his peak at 29. I'm sure whoever signs him will make it very clear what they expect of him.

I haven't seen him since he barely played for the Eels. Under normal circumstances I'd say no, but we are desperately short of props, so I think our hand may be forced. I won't be disappointed if he goes to Hull or Wakey though.

Mr Shaw doesn't get much wrong when it comes to Leeds. Interesting thing is that he says we are actively chasing an NRL back. Given that the club have acknowledged we need another prop, I wonder whether the likes of Bowden or Beinek are in the frame?

Yes Shaw usually spot on. Looks like we're in for an NRL back then and a UK prop.. i did suspect this. Interesting times.

Crooks, Brad Tak, Kenny-Dowall and Hall
Sio, Watkins, Sarginson or Inu and Joe Burgess

You could reasonably argue both are better than what we have at present.

The new halves need some strike and I’d strengthen here before prop 5.

If we're after a UK prop, I wonder who it could be? There doesn't seem many available.
