I remember a similar thing happening between mcdermott and mitch achurch(minus the 'favourites' stuff).Achurch said that if leeds wanted the best out of him they needed to give him more game time to show his worth.Mcdermott said that was crap and he needed to be better in training make the most of his minutes when he got them.

I feel like Hurrell has been underutilised here because of how little structured attacking play we have to give him space to run into on the edges. He could be deadly in the right attack.

He also made the dream team in his first two seasons, this season he's been hampered by injury, and I'm not playing the cod psychologist here but maybe his mothers passing affected him, I remember similar happening to Stewart Fielding who I think said it did affect his game for a while. |

Although konny did say he would wash pots for the managers if he had to to get a deal  |

Good news re Hurrell, i think he'll be very dangerous with players like Sezer, Austin potentially being on the pitch at the same time as Gale and Myler... he should get some great ball. Personally i hope he re signs. Though interesting we have made him an offer and he's yet to sign, i would expect we have given him a deadline.

I Hope he signs too but to be honest Ive got a feeling the Saints rumours might just be true. |
