He might be quicker but both Briscoes are better allround players imo

Eden is garbage , he's decent when you're 30/40pts up but no better than either Briscoe.

I have to say that if we were to be losing Hurrell, Lui, Martin, Mclelland, L. Briscoe, A Sutcliffe, Mustapha and kept Vuniyayawa, then I could see Taukeiaho coming to us if he were coming to SL. Him & a utility back would be great recruitment.

If we lose Hurrell AND Martin then we are definitely creating space. But something tells me our recruitment is done.

If it's done you would have thought the club would announce who they are retaining. If recruitment is done then you would think Vuniyayawa was a given as we are still a little short up front. So then it comes down to Hurrell and Martin. Martin was linked to a move to Cas earlier in the season. Strangely Hurrell hasn't been linked to anyone.

Austin is surely the utility back.

Thats what Agar has said.Could be a bit of a risk because hasnt Astin always played at 6.For mine you play players in their best position.So that leaves Sezer Gale fighting or the 7 spot and Austin Sezer for 6.

I think Austin plays at 6 for us next season.
He brings a different dimension for us.
It’s between Gale and Sezer for 7 for me.
In hindsight now, the signing of Sezer is a big message to Gale.

If we were looking to play Sezer or Austin in place of Gale, the club would hardly announce that with fanfare. I would be surprised if Austin plays anywhere else than half back unless we have injuries - Myler has been great at FB again this year and Walker is a great talent if he can get fit. Centres and loose forwards we have coming out of our ears. The only position Austin can cover which we need cover for is half back - unless we're thinking wing like Bennett...
