Quote: KaeruJim "Ah but Prior has a great pass on him and a good engine, can slot in nicely at 13 for me. Tet isn't quite big enough for prop IMO. Thompson again is neither one nor the other.
Mik and Holroyd are outright props, which I'm delighted about with both being academy lads. Just what we needed. King I think is more agile prop than slightly cumbersome back rower, I'd keep him direct.
If we keep King and Prior, I can live with our pack for 2022. If either or both goes, we need that Taupau-type signing who can skittle the opposition a bit, and share the workload with Mik and Tommy who are still developing.
What I will say is that this Leeds pack at times this season has looked better than it has for a very long time indeed. Walters, Gannon, O'Connor, Bentley, Mik, Holroyd and even Smith are still of an age where you'd expect them to get better too.'"
I agree with all other than Tetevano not being big enough for prop 6ft 1 and 17st 7lb is plenty big enough. He hits hard and is explosive in the tackle.
