| Quote Trebor1="Trebor1"10 games left. Fulham Sheff U Brighton West Brom to play could win all of those. Others are v v tough. City Liverpool Man U Spurs etc'"
i reckon we will beat either Liverpool or Man united, likely Liverpool for me as they are still a bit shaky defensively and have their eyes mostly on the CL and we play them right in the thick of that.
somewhere around 50 points and mid table would represent a fantastic first season back and should be easily achievable with those fixtures.

| Quote kaybenbull="kaybenbull"I think we can get at least 2 wins from that . How many new players would you like to see come in for next season to hopefully push on'"
I see 3 or 4 wins from the fixtures though much depends on Bamford fitness. Rodrigo needs to get up to full fitness ASAP otherwise we might struggle to win more than 2.
Well according to Phil Hay we’re looking at 4 or 5 players to come in and he’s usually well connected with these stories. Need at least 4 imo. Left back, good cover for Philips with someone who could hopefully play in Klich position too. Quality back up keeper, and a good attacking mid who has goals in him ie De Paul.
Longer term I don’t think Ayling is good enough but that can wait for another season possibly. Just think he’s very average defensively. Chelsea were all over him Saturday.

Agree Biff. Hopefully Bamford ok as he will be key. Anywhere near 50 points would be fabulous especially with the injuries we’ve had

| 6 of our last 10 games are against teams below us, so another 4 or 5 wins isn't beyond the realms of possibly.

| Whilst we should be beating teams below us you have to remember they are scrapping for their survival so won`t be easy.
Fulham is a good example of what I mean and Friday could go either way.
On the recruitment front we have some good players in the U23`s that I would like to see given a game or two this season.
But for me we need a GK, LB, Defensive MF, Attacking MF, Wing and CF all to the tune of circa 100 mil.
Forshaw needs to be given a chance and could cover Philipps and save us a few quid.
It`s who we get rid of that will be interesting.
Me I would lose Kiko, Alioski, Hernandez, Roberts and Costa and wouldn`t sign Harrison.

| Bamford fit for Friday. Rodrigo picked up minor injury but that’s great news Bamford bring back. He’s so import at the moment

| Shame for Rodrigo as I was hoping he could take over from Bamford up front.
Funny how the likes of Costa never gets injured .
Probably as he only plays for 10 minutes each half.

| Good to see Kalvin keep his place in the England squad.
Seems Watkins got the nod over Bamford.
Personally I wouldn`t have either of them in and shows how poor we are for forwards when Sterling still gets in despite doing nothing for City.

| Great night at the office. Relegation is all but mathematically of the table, with 9 games left. It's a great achievement.
Last night was a pressure game, a loss would have dragged us into the fight a bit more, and on a poor run of form. Combined with the London hoodoo I wasn't confident.
The performance was excellent from the start, and we looked like we create chances at any point. Annoyed about the goal we conceded, because it was so soft and we'd been so dominating.

Brilliant win against a side in decent form fighting for their lives and away in London where we have a poor record. Hope Fulham stay up personally I really rate Parker. Classy lad and a good manager. He’s turned Fulham around from being dead certs to go down to having a good chance to stay up.
