Hopefully lasts longer than he did for Wigan as an assistant in 2013.
“Whilst it remains clear to the Wigan staff that Sean is a highly skilled and competent coach, he has found it difficult as a new staff member to integrate into the disciplined and already high-performing culture at the Wigan club.”
He has certainly brought some enthusiasm to the team by mixing up drills. Also pleased on the skills focus - a Leeds team should be able to use the ball across the park.
Must be a good opportunity working with such a young team trying to take a big club back to the top.
He's seems to be making a positive impact. He's introduced a vast array of things collated over the years from anderson, holbrook et al as well as bringing in some of his own stuff that he's honed since retiring.
Most important thing is we have a specialist in attack (long) defence(jjb) and someone bringing it all together (agar), as well as a director of rugby.
