Quote: Sir Kevin Sinfield "I have no idea how he’s come to this decision, but there is a good chance he will regret it in years to come'"
Like you say, you have no idea how he's come to the decision. It hasn't been made in a matter of days, weeks or months. It's been on his mind for some time and his heart isn't in it any more. It's easy to say he'll regret it as a fan who dreams of being a professional. But these kids are told what to eat, where they can go, what time till. His mates are living their lives how they want and it's made him question what he wants. Would it be better for him to be doing it anyway behind the clubs back and then being called ungrateful and arrogant? For a lad of his age to make this call takes some balls. Right now he doesn't know what he wants to do, but knows he doesn't want to be a professional rugby player
