Quote: Superted "Not sure if anything similar has been suggested elsewhere (I don’t use other social media), but I’ve been thinking about how great the Bradford fans were on Sunday, and how much of a kind gesture it was from the Bulls to give up their share of the gate, particularly when they’re hardly flush with cash as a club.
I was thinking it would be great if we could somehow show our appreciation, maybe by co-ordinating getting as many Leeds fans to one of their home games as possible. Choose a game where they’ll get limited away support and go and pack out the away end. We could all cheer for their opposition for the day, create a great atmosphere and hopefully replace some of the funds they’ve given up for Rob, whilst showing them that we really appreciate and respect them putting rivalries aside for the greater good.
Thoughts?'"
I couldn't agree more Superted
The Whole Bulls club and their fans got behind Rob when it mattered and at a time when they aren't actually in a great financial state themselves and that deserves respect
SL misses the Bulls big time since their demise and especially both of our clubs as we certainly could bring the big crowds in when we only played each other in home and away fixtures when 20,000 crowds were the norm
I'm going to make an effort to watch some Bulls Home games next season and also when they play Batley and Fev away as a way of giving something back to them
