| Evening all, just wanted to post a message.
I found the interview tough to watch to say the least. As a player, he was special. I was directly in front of his break in the 2011 Grand Final. Tony Puletua had been blowing and was a little bit slow getting off the line and Burrow absolutely murdered him. Then you think “it’ll be OK because Paul Wellens will have him” and he went round Wello untouched as well. Just had to shake your head in admiration. I also remember his break in the 2015 CCSF at Warrington where he made that break from his own 20 and you scored in the corner. Also thought his performance a couple of years ago at our place where we just edged it at the end was one of the best I’ve seen for a long time as well. Every time he had the ball that night he made a break.
My heart breaks for his family and his young kids. I can’t imagine how hard it must be for them all. Watching him play was an honour. Best wishes Rob.

| So just got to watch the programme. My overwhelming emotion after watching this is Pride. What a wonderful human being Rob is and how much strength he can draw from his loving family and friends.
He is truly living with MND, long may that continue...

| Absolute Legend and absolutely heart breaking to see him in this way what a awful disease. I really do feel for the man and his family. Keep fighting Rob.

Hi all. Long time reader of the site. I live in Madrid with my family and was telling my 8-year-old daughter about Rob Burrow the other day; all the great memories he created for my family on the pitch and how admirably he and his family are conducting themselves off the pitch.
My daughter asked what she could do to help his family, and we have decided to walk a marathon on 7 November to try and raise funds. Seven members of my family, aged 12 to 62, will be walking a marathon at the same time in Leeds, making ten of us in total. All donations will be transferred to the Leeds Rhinos gofundme page set up for Rob.
Obviously most readers may already have made their contributions elsewhere but if anyone is inclined to donate for this walk, any support is very gratefully received. Thanks in advance. The page is the following:

Mate, if it hadn't reduced you to tears, THEN you should have been ashamed.
