I agree he is the worst ref in a long time and weve been unlucky enough to get him 6 times 4 at home. I'm not a ref basher , I ignore them most of the time and watch the game but this guy gives strange decisions I just don't even attempt to understand.

Let me make it clear though HE IS NOT WHY WE ARE NEAR THE BOTTOM , I just thought from those stats I put up he certainly doesn't help

We are our own worst enemy. Like Biff has said, he isnt the one dropping the balls etc.

Yes we don't seem to get the rub of the green, but we only notice these when we are pump and are clinging onto any hope. If we were dropping balls and winning as it does happen then nobody would care.

I had to chuckle when Peter Smith posted the headline “Leeds fate is in their own hands”. I can’t have been the only one to think we would drop it...

Until Ganson goes and the RFL put a proper Officials structure in place it wont improve.
At least under Gregg Mcallum they faced consequences for poor performances now they are all untouchable.

Completely agree. We had it all right at one point, and then went away from it. Ganson was never liked by his fellow officials when he was a ref, as he never listened to any of them and was arrogant as they all called him. How he is deemed fit enough to run them these days I do not know. I would have someone running them who actually wasn't a ref to be honest, and go with someone who has experience in the game as the main priority.

The move to full time officials, was the start of the massive regression we have seen since to now. It should have been the oppossite, but has been a complete failure, due to nobody held to account for mistakes.

Given how important it is, maybe the RFL//SL should "sign" some talent from Down Under to help raise standards a bit. I do think there are a couple of promising young referees actually, but some are poor.
This could all be part of my master plan where the NRL buys the game out over here and invests a bit.

Kendall is just an awful ref regardless of which team you follow. Unfortunate for Leeds that he taken charge of so many games this year.

I have seen four times this year a guy called Tom Grant (think that was his name), once in Super League, and three championship matches. He was excellent, and I mean excellent, in all four. How is this lad held back reffing Championship most weeks, and our full time ones keep making errors each week and nothing changes?

Kendall is the worst. The thing that really annoys me about him is his lack of rapport or relationship with the players. Something Thaler and Hicks do quite well occasionally.

Kendall loves a “DONT SPEAK TO ME LIKE THAT OR YOU WILL BE SAT DOWN” or like the other night he had a word with two players and one he said “Look at me, look at me, look at me when im talking to you” and the other, who was pulling his socks up, “stand up and look at me”. Just get on with it man. Hes very authoritarian, which yes you have to be, but his comes with extreme arrogance.

And I also know, for a fact, hes a massive Bulls fan and hates Leeds with a passion. Unfortunately, no matter how much we think refs are unbias, it will always be in the back of their consciousness their disdain for certain teams.

He's a big Huddersfield Town fan and has had digs at Leeds Utd in the past so probably hates everything Leeds. He's fast becoming the new Russell Smith for us.

Bit of an aside but I remember the days when refs could not officiate matches involving their home town club. I knew John Holdsworth's nephew who told me that he (JH) hated Leeds with a passion but never reffed them because of the home town rule.
Next thing you know he suddenly became Mr Holdsworth of "Kippax" and made us suffer accordingly.
