Michael McIlorum is from Leeds and played for Stanningley youth sides, it still doesn’t make him a Leeds product.
The minimum number of club trained players was a great rule and should never have been scrapped.

i have not said they have and nobody is claiming him as a leeds product, but as he is of academy age and expect him to start in academy next year is is a leeds academy player. |

Rhinos have 7 players named in the 17 man squad which shows just how promising our current crop of U19's are (plenty more promising U16's players coming through too)

Me too Tad, I never miss the opportunity to see these games as there's always some fantastic talent on show for both sides.
I recall seeing Latrell Mitchell playing in 2014 for the Aussie schoolboy's and knew that he was destined for big things in our game,it was like watching a clone of Greg Inglis
