I'm not so sure - his "get them up for the big game" ability is unquestionable. The issue is the hum drum weekly rounds. We saw it at Leeds, it was the same when he was at London. Look like world beaters one week against a top club, lose in a shocking manner to low end table teams. Yes he would probably be great for them at the business end of the season, but he has to get them through the full season to a position where they are in the business end.
