| Sorry do you people live in a rarefied world or something? Have the performances got worse under Messiah kev or not?
Just be honest, he's been a disaster and there's no point dressing it up as anything else.

| He wants to retain JJB, Ablett and Delaney? Dear o dear. New 5 year deal for Ferres too?
The bloke has lost it and the wooden spoon awaits next season.
In Kev we trust though, right?

No, a disaster would have been relegation. I really don’t know why I’m replying to you though

| It will be interesting to see the stats - I watched JJB last night and he only made 4 tackles the whole night where he was the first person in the tackle. No doubt he will awarded a tackle count of 30+ which highlights the issues people have with his contribution and the picture the stats display

Whilst I agree with what you are saying, and I definitely don’t think he should be kept, in terms of work rate and desire, I actually thought he was our number one player last night.
In terms of tackling though, just how clucking poor are Keinhorst and Sutcliffe. No idea where this myth about Keinhorst has come from, he is absolutely terrible. Sutcliffe is just not interested in the slightest in pushing himself to be a worthwhile player, he clearly believes he has made it already.
The forwards as a whole were absolutely terrible last night, and given a choice would not keep one single one of them.

| If JJB, Delaney & Ablett are running around in a Leeds shirt next season then I’d lose all faith in Sinfield’s (unproven) ability in his role. Knowing that it’s likely that Steve Ward will miss plenty of games too, it’d be completely farcical.
Enough is enough.

Bang on. I thought keinhorst didn't look interested at all. Very very poor. The pack were a disgrace though I though cuthbo looked ok when he came on..

| Tough job ahead for Sinfield. As he said it's ok getting rid of a load of players but if the ones coming in are not much better, we are still going to struggle. The last thing we need is 3 year contracts given to players who are not up to the job. He obviously couldn't say to the press everything he wanted to but you can't just get rid of players under contract.
JJB is coming to the end of a great career and been out of contract is easy to release, but if all the players on display last night were out of contract im sure there were others Sinfield would release before JJB.

| Agree with Gotcha on JJB. A shame some of the others didn't put in his effort.
Sutcliffe's loose off-load when Leeds had their tails up in the second half was the turning point IMO.

| Can't believe Kev is getting blamed for the state of the team. Fair enough performances haven't improved but the quality in the squad isn't there and he's said it. He always said he didn't want to coach, but stepped in when the club was desperate. Next year he's in an entirely different role which most of us think he'll excel in. As for keeping Ablett, JJB and Delaney lets see what comes out. The squad will be without Galloway, Ormondroyd, Jordan-Roberts, Keinhorst, maybe Mullally and Walters. If they're on short contracts as squad fillers it might not be that bad. But it all depends on who comes in. I just hope that the club isn't planning just for next year, but there's a 3, 4, 5 year plan for getting back to the top. And they learn the lesson not to sit back and bask in the glory of success, there always needs to be this plan in place
