As a Widnes fan, what does hunger mean? Keep us out for one half and we tend to fall apart. If we can put a decent amount of points on you in the first half we might stand a chance. |

We had a tough start to 2011 partly because our best forward and our 2010 player of the year were both out with knee reconstructs and even when they came back it took months for them to get properly fit. When they did we suddenly started to look pretty good. Didn't we win pretty much every game after the CC final defeat? Last third of the season was fantastic.

I wanted him gone 2013, and I am not one to gloat so will not, but everything I put for the reasons why I wanted him gone have come to fruition, just what I thought would end up the case. We have walked into this eyes wide open, and I am surpirsed so many are shocked to see where we are. I am still convinced we could have had success and a successful long term plan, and never believed the route we went down was correct.

Which is all very well, however, we have no way of knowing that if he had have gone in 2013 we would have won, 2 challenge cup titles, 2 SL titles and 1 League Leaders title. |

We don't, and I actually don't think we would have won the lot, but I do think we would have won some. But more importantly we would/should have still been on the same path we were on, rather than taken backwards, and that is always what I have voiced. |
