yes we have but transition is not always smooth most are 2-3 years away yet, still don't think it would take a really good coach and 4-5 new bodies to get us something back like a top 5-6 side next year

I think the game has changed since the early 2000s when the golden generation came through. Not many U19s walk straight into the first team now.

I think the best you can expect is a couple of solid first teamers a year at most.

Hope lies in the fact the competition at the top is not as strong as it was between 2002-2012 and you don't have to have a team full of internationals to compete for silverware so getting back amongst it may only take a new coach and few shrewd signings, we will see.

I will never knock Hetherington for what he has done for Leeds. As a youngster I used to dream of the success he has delivered.

On the subject of the women's team I'm fed up of hearing about them. Every tweet club puts out is about them. There was more build up by club on their final than on cup semi. It seems club is more bothered about them than men's team.

Got back on coach after the game yesterday and steward said "just to let you know next women's fixture is against Wigan" I could have wept!!!

I know what I'm saying is wrong but I don't care about women's team, I'm fed up of hearing about them.
