He's obviously very highly thought of at Leeds (this is officially the third time he's returned since Dean Bell let him go although as said he has been involved on and off as quasi assistant for a while). GH has been a very effective CEO of the Rhinos - he may not be the brain of Britain but he more than makes up for that with his street cunning and is belief in doing the right thing for the club and the game.

Has he got everything right - certainly not - but he has got more right than wrong.

Every great leader instinctively knows when its time to pass the baton on - it looks like GH has reached that point.
