Reading these comments I can't help but think a lot of similar sort of things were said about Ryan Bailey. Singleton has shown he is capable of a big game, let's hope unlike Bailey he can find it a bit more often.

I agree and thought he did well at the end to not get 'conned' and give Fonua the penalty that he was deliberately trying to con out of the ref in order to get his team the 2 points to take it into Golden point extra time.

Fonua 'wins' so many penalties with his antics that I bet some Refs might have fallen for it and given him what he was after. My heart was in my mouth waiting to see if Bentham was going to fall for it

Bentham was pretty good. Although it was interesting that hull got one of those pens that McDermott mentioned after the previous game when coming out of their own end in the second half when their didn't seem to be a reason for it.

Just watching the SL show highlights again of both semis. Noticed that Adam milners try for Cas was only given based on on field "guess" too. Looked like he lost the ball in trying to get it down, and certainly couldn't see ball grounded at all. but no way could be definite enough to overule...stupid system
