icons077e_files/5454-3678dentheman-msnicons.jpg Your job is to say to yourself on a job interview does the hiring manager likes me or not. If you aren't a particular manager's cup of tea, you haven't failed -- you've dodged a bullet.:icons077e_files/5454-3678dentheman-msnicons.jpg |

At this stage of the season we can't have a player out there and telling others we effectively need to hold his hand.....I know that sounds harsh but I honestly wish the guy the best and would love nothing more than for Friday's game to be decided by a 79th minute Tom Brisxoe match winning try or match saving tackle. I just don't think keeping him playing is the route to go. He has made the joint most appearances this year and will have only played less minutes to Hall because of coming off at the Magic Weekend, continuing to play him isn't working.
If I was coach I'd tell him to take a few weeks off and go recharge his batteries and get away from RL for a couple of weeks. We're almost fully fit barring Galloway so we get through these next 3 games and then after the week off for Wembley we bring him back in for the final 4 league games and see where he's at.
He's seems just so at rock bottom confidence and body language wise I honestly think keeping him out there when you know he's going to be targeted is bordering on cruel, it might sound like jumping to conclusions but when you think about what we've heard from the likes of Stevie Ward and depression in the game I am seriously worrying about him, another horror show against Wigan and where does he go from there?'"
I think you make some good points but one thing that contradicts one your point is: Leeds are second despite carrying a player all season. What is going to change if the table is a true reflection of where the teams are?

| perhaps it's true? I have no idea one or the other mind.seth is a responsible poster and to my mind has never criticised Brian before. and he is a respected junior coach and several of his players have come through the leeds youth system so maybe he has heard uncomplimentary things

Didn't you have 99.999% of your thalary cap that in the thtandth when you played Leigh though?

Gelling is the dumbest RL I have had the pleasure of watching. He makes Roy Haggerty look like Bill Gates. I quite look forward to watching Wigan now, knowing Gelling will contribute at least one brain fart, but appear to think it's all one big laugh.

You mean mispleasure surely.
Imagine if we had players like that at Leeds?
Mr McDermott would be getting crucified on here about their brainfarts, on a weekly basis... by Tad.
