Not much I can add to what others have already said. He will rightly go down as one of our greats. There are just so many memories. It's quite refreshing to see the compliments from fans of other clubs on social media this morning. Says a lot about him as a player and a person.

This is probably the right time for him though, and I'm delighted to see him staying on as a coach.

Still reckon Sutcliffe may be on the outer but if not, can't see him coming to 6 with his 'utility role'. Lilley, Myler is my guess.
