CHRISTIAN NICOLUSSI, The Daily Telegraph December 6, 2016 12:04am
Segeyaro told The Sunday Telegraph nine days ago he was homesick and had no intention of returning to Leeds next month, despite being contracted until the end of 2018. ( SUNDAY 27th NOVEMBER ).
It’s understood Segeyaro’s management has already written to Leeds, informing them the 26-year-old will not return.
If this is the case then Slam Dunk another legal victory. All this was done long before the wages were stopped and replacement player signed.

I agree they wouldn't have risked him in 'formal' sessions, but he'll have still be getting well prepped for the season. His immediate inclusion in the matchday 17 is an obvious giveaway.

| he will have been training with Cronulla, probably not in team runs which is more likely to what Maloney was alluding to, but fitness etc.. then yes, i'm personally pretty sure on that. but, as like the fee paid to Leeds, we will never get a factual response on the matter, no point arguing it anymore. Lets move on.

| Nobody on here knows either way - pointless d1ck measuring
If the accounts are a fair representation of what has happened the transfer fee will be shown as other income and should e visible - this is Leeds CA&F so its unlikely and it will be July 2018 before the accounts will be out by then this will long forgotten.
How many training sessions did Parcell have before he trotted out with the team - same can be said of Ali aSegyaro himself when Leeds signed them - that is what happens with new signings they don't wait weeks until they get used to the patterns they throw them straight in.

| Quote: Charlie Sheen "Seriously, who cares now? With a long season ahead, and a huge stadium project to sort out, Segeyaro is an unnecessary distraction.'"
I think that it's only on here & only for a few posters that this saga has been a distraction once we replaced him with Parcell.

| I'll always remember the fact he dragged us through the playoffs kicking and screaming last year.
Exactly the calibre of player we needed, just a shame he decided to do what he did (though Eastwood was worse IMO) but I'll be thankful for what he did when we needed it the most.
I think we'll leave this thread here, its had a good run.
