| Galloway sums Leeds season up perfectly.
Started awfully and got up to the dizzy heights of mediocre.

| Quote Biff Tannen="Biff Tannen"Yes, those four would be the ones i would say have contributed to a decent level expected for the majority of the year.Obviously the addition of Segeyaro helped everyone. Lilley was a rare bonus too, and the experience he has gained through these tough times should prove invaluable. Hopefully he won't have as much on his shoulders next year though.
A season to forget though as a whole and the back slapping needs to be kept to a minimum.'"
Yep agree with that. I think Lilley has done very well for such a young half playing in a team that has struggled for most of the year. I don't think it's a coincidence/chance there aren't many young halves in SL. With the change in role for both loose forward and full back, the halves have become much more about control, leadership and kicking than they were previously, and that only comes with experience.

| Lilley Shooting Star award and Keinhorst also won try of the season for his effort away at Saints.
As for the club's top 3, which is always a bit iffy as they managed to overlook both our MOS nominees last year in Cuthbertson and Hardaker.....well they've pretty much just picked the three guys who have played most with the exception of Watkins who probably got left out because he won last year.
Might as well write it now before it inevitably gets written by someone else......"Keinhorst winning our fans player of the year just shows how far this club has fallen, blah, blah, blah"

| At least Frosties referred to her as the ClubPERSON of the year, rather than the Leeds Twitter feed which pronounced her the ClubMAN of the year.

the suffix [iman [/i is gender neutral, as the word man originally was.
Clubman, like chairman, and actor is perfectly acceptable to refer to males or females.

| Not according to some women.
Burrow is a joke as player of the year. He's a dreadful halfback and a poor starting hooker. As for try assists, I'd expect the only experienced playmaker to have been in the majority of games to do that. Would you expect the tyro Lilley or the non-appearing McGuire to have set up more? Given that the onus has been mainly on Burrow's shoulders, our awful attacking play might just be something to do with his lack of ability.
