By and large, coaches get too much credit when things go well and too much criticism when they go badly. I think this is certainly the case with BMD. We have had well documented probłems in lots of areas this year, both within and without the clubs control. Personally I think it's time for a change, but not until the end of the season, 6 years in the same job is a little long for both coach and club. In terms of who, I'd like the club to see what Stephen Kearney's thoughts about the job would be. We also need to spend a few bob on the squad as some players just don't seem up to the levels we should be aspiring to, whilst others who are "out of form" need to be told that their positions will be under review all next season. The youth side needs a complete revamp as we are not developing the juniors to the right level to either pad out the squad or really challenge for the first team at the levels the club should expect.

By the end of the season we could be in the championship (a risk worth taking?)....puts a different complexion on those additional plans you would wish to implement.

Whilst it is a possibility I'd be pretty surprised if we did actually get relegated (although some consider we will be when it's confirmed we are in the middle 8's). At some point the players we have will find some form, but even if they were only to defend like they did on Friday, we would beat the Championship teams IMO.
