Indeed. let us wish our present coach a happy fifth anniversary, and bon voyage come the season's end. He will leave with the record books showing that despite a less than impressive CV, had inherited a superb bunch of dedicated players, (Bailley is not included in those sentiments), who despite his frequently baffling decisions, rose to the occasion more than once, culminating in last seasons brilliant treble.

Perhaps the flotilla paddling up that big Egyptian river could take a moment, and realise, that mass sycophancy is not going to improve our league position. Only a change of coach may do that.
