Quote Fallon="Fallon"Doesn't mags have to tell the world he rates him? What else could he say publicly? As for Schoey, I'm not sure him tipping anybody really means anything.
Don't get me wrong, I really want the lad to succeed but he is like little boy lost at the moment and chucking him in the firing line week after week is killing him. That penalty miss today was down to not handling the pressure as it was very kickable.
Take your point about attacking structure as nobody is shining but isn't a lot of the attacking play meant to come from the SO? Stand-catch-pass is not what a SO should be doing at this level.'"
He has been saying it for years, when asked who would be the future England half backs he said Gale and Suttcliffe.
Obiviously he wouldnt say if he didnt rate him but he has no obligation to publicaly rate him when we were possibly gonna sign another half
He does look lost at times, he clearly isnt ready to become the dominant half, hopefully with Mcguire playing first receiver, he can inject himself when he sees an opportunity instead of trying to organise the team as well
George williams only really started playing well from June onwards last year, when Smith and SOL were organising the team, I think we should stick with him for the year at least, if he doest progress then he may be converted to fullback or centre as he clearly has a good running game if nothing else
Lilly should probably go on loan if possible to gather more experience as he doesnt look ready for week in week out 80 SL
We should only buy a half if it a long term replacement for Mcguire, Gale would be ideal but I imagine Cas have him locked on a long term deal, not some Aussie who is looking for a last payday
