Quote: Him "Basically giving Leeds little/no credit, that Watkins try was a basic training ground move that should've easily been shut down by Saints, that the ref benefitted Leeds with ruck calls and obstruction calls, and that he's treating the whole thing as a learning experience for his "kids and juniors".
In short he's the polar opposite of both Brian McDermott and Tony Smith who showed their class again this weekend.'"
We're saints ever penalised for holding down?
LMS in particular was flopping at virtually every tackle, at one point he did it twice in quick succession on tackles on backs where he'd been 5 yards away as the tackle was completed it was literally Carl Ablett standard obvious infringements.
I'd also point out that we had a lot of possession with saints defending on there line where they had 2 or 3 tackles in a row where the ref warned them (but didn't penalise) for not being behind the line.
We're there any controversial obstruction calls, I can't remember any.
