One of our players for next season, Mullally is going out on loan to Wakefield for the rest of this season from Huddersfield.

Not surprising .

Though it's better than not getting any game time at all.Shame we couldn't get him on loan instead.

If Mullally is not good enough for Huddersfield what makes anyone think he is going to add any value at Leeds?

Daniel Smith has signed a four and a half year deal with Huddersfield.

Wakefield wanted some cover until the end of the season, and with Mullally moving on anyway the Giants were happy to let him go on loan until the end of the year.

To be fair, it's not exactly that he is not good enough for them. It's only because he is leaving them anyway.

That said, I said at the time I would have rather have taken Smith, and Huddersfield went and made that same move.

Even before the move his time in the team was limited. Teams seldom let their best players go unless its due to financial issues or NRL calling not sure Mullally falls into eitherof those two categories
